IAA Fall / Winter Online Exhibit Registration
“Joy of the Human Spirit”
Celebrations of family, love, festivity, the round of seasons, faith, and the mystery of it all.
A dual exhibition opportunity! All IAA members, community artists and college students are invited to enter. Age 18+. All entries will be posted (and judged) online. All types of art media and photography are acceptable for the virtual show. Plus you have an option to hang your work in the IAA Gallery. It’s a compromise to continue our exhibits during this time of quarantine because of limited gallery hours and social distancing.
Cash prizes!!! Jurors TBA.
Deadline for entry is October 15th.
All images will be posted in a gallery for public viewing by October 17th. Hang date will be by appointment.
Online Gallery display – all entries beginning October 17, 2020

Gallery hours: Sunday 1-4pm; Wed. & Thurs. 10am – 4pm – by appointment only
Awards will be announced soon after October 17th.

For the member rate, you must be an IAA member for the 2020-2021 dues year. To join or renew, go to the Membership page at https://irvingartassociation.org/membership/. Or enter at the nonmember rate. If you are a DFW-area college student, you may enter at the college student rate (credentials may be requested.)
All categories of art media and photography are acceptable with no size limitations on the artwork for the virtual exhibition. Those hanging in the gallery must be no larger than 36″x36″ and weigh no more than 20 lbs. For 3D art questions, contact the curator.
There is no subject limitation except for frontal nudity and copyright/trademark infractions. The show theme is “Joy of the Human Spirit.” Any final decision regarding acceptance of a particular image will be at the discretion of the exhibit curator Susan Murray and the IAA Gallery Director John Hunter.
Multi-panel art (Diptych, Triptych, etc.) can be entered, either as a combined image or as separate images, for the virtual exhibition.
All entries must be original and completed within the last three years and not exhibited in a past annual Members Show.
All sales are between the artist and the buyer. To encourage this, the virtual exhibition allows for optional artist contact information. Artist is liable for all taxes. A 10% donation to IAA will be appreciated.
