Multicultural Art Exhibit – The Melting Pot

The Irving Art Association invites you to join us in this year’s festivities in celebrating the long and glorious journey that is the City of Irving. Along with other activities, we call on all member artists and creative writers to exhibit works at the Jaycee Park Center for the Arts. The theme of the exhibit this year is, “The Melting Pot,” celebrating the diversity of Irving’s residents. To that end, we are sending out this call for you to share your perspective of Irving’s cultural diversity through words and pictures to be exhibited from 29 March 2020 through 29 May 2020. The Reception for this exhibit will be on Sunday 19 April 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Irving Art Association Gallery in the Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, 1975 Puritan Drive, Irving, Texas 75061. We are sharing our exhibit space with the Irving Heritage Society for this celebration. This is a non-award exhibit and there is no fee to submit your work. Please go to our website at IrvingArtAssociation.Org to submit your entries for this exhibit. We ask that any photography, painting, or written work submitted be original, and that of the artist submitting the work.
