About ACRYLIC NIGHT:
We’re dedicating this night to acrylic paint. You can paint with it, do printmaking or gelli printing, pour it, create art journal pages etc. Your choice.

If you’re a newbie in a certain technique, post a comment about the type of assistance you’d like. We’ll do our best to assist.

We’ll repeat first Friday night of each month.

Our sessions are free but bring your own supplies.

Basic Supplies:
acrylic paint & medium
paper or canvas or art journal
paper towels and/or baby wipes
brushes & tools (mark-making tools, stamps & stencils are useful)
water container
palette or paper plates

if doing pouring, you will also need a pouring medium (Floetrol or Liquitex Pouring Medium, etc.), silicone or dimethicone (optional), paper or plastic cups, mixing tools such as craft sticks, and cardboard or pans for moving your wet painting.

If doing acrylic printmaking, you will also need a gelli plate and brayer. If you don’t have this equipment, you may borrow one but please send an email request to info@irvingart.org. Also useful: stencils, stamps, and mark-making tools.
